  • Dr. Robello Samuel has over 30 years of experience in oil and gas drilling, starting his career as a field and drilling engineer and currently serving as Chief Technical Advisor and Senior Fellow at Halliburton since 1998.

  • He is highly decorated with awards, including the Gulf Coast SPE Drilling Engineering Award, SPE International Drilling Engineering Award, and SPE/AIME Honorary Membership, recognizing his influential contributions to drilling engineering.

  • As an educator, he has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Houston for 18 years and at the University of Southern California for 5 years, with over 215 published papers and 72 U.S. patents.

  • Dr. Samuel is a respected author and speaker, having published thirteen drilling books and regularly presenting as a keynote speaker at major industry conferences.
