6. Payment Information

PEA does not directly store, process, or transmit raw credit or debit card numbers. All payment transactions are handled by trusted third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay, PayPal, or Stripe) that are certified to industry security standards (PCI-DSS compliant).

We retain only the transaction reference, amount, date, and outcome of each payment for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. Your full card details are never stored on our servers.

7. International Data Transfers

As a global training provider headquartered in India, your personal data may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws.

Where we transfer personal data of EU or UK residents outside the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
